Naming someone does not move you up the queue. Your request keeps its place in line and then waits for that person to be free, so it may start later than if you left this blank.
Create the folder, upload every input, then paste the link. The request cannot be submitted without it.
The queue is strictly first-in-first-out. Priority is an exception that pushes every other team's work back, so it needs written justification and approval from Juned or Linju.
